Help with the raw TW. A help framework would be too case-specific and probably controversial. I was thinking along the lines of a tiddler or two included with the "empty" edition, that was mostly out of the way but could be configured to not show if the user really wanted it suppressed. The idea is just to funnel people who are making personal use of TW back to the website and/or forum which they may have forgotten.
