It's really > impressive. Discourse does seem to be the most widely used of the available off-the-shelf, open source replacements for Google Groups. I’d certainly want the ability to work via email as we can with Google Groups. (One of the reasons that I like this feature is that it means that I have a complete, independent backup of all posts since 2005 that is easily searchable).
