In my tests, drag and drop doesn’t work in TW5 as an HTA on Windows 10. I think it’s a limitation of the HTA format. But in any case, that’s not the scenario that was causing Chris problems. The OP was that opening https://tiddlywiki.com/upgrade in Internet Explorer 11 and attempting to upgrade an HTA file fails. In fact, it fails regardless of whether the file is an HTA or an HTML.
