Hi Mohammed Yes, anyone can email me their submissions. The post was looking for those who want to help curate it, especially since I don't always spot things on the Google Group that should be added.
The toolmap has a section for general reference and tutorials. So yes, if there are submissions of tutorials, I can add them there, too.
