If you have access to the internet than I have everything needed for Bob
that has a secure sign in and https. If you have access to (or are willing
to get) a small vps it doesn't take much to have your own server with Bob
on it.

I have been considering setting up a server that people could have their
own wikis served on it (like tiddlyspot), but I would need to cover the
development cost for the administration tools for that setup. Before I
brought up a shared server there wasn't much of a response so I am not sure
that will happen any time soon.
