David, that doesn't look quite right. I use Bob purely locally at the moment to build wiki. I think Mark S.' category was better . He's neutral about hosting and posting, As it should be since Bob is several things. It can be Local server. It can be a Web Server. It can "communicate" between wiki ....I understand the problem if you not used it, but I think its worth trying to say what it is--which is not that easy, TBH.
