Hello Tony! Thank you! The favorite plugin is originally created by Andrew Harrison (http://favorites.tiddlyspot.com/). I revised it and add some icons and retied to match the vanilla theme of Tiddlywiki.
It is a very handy tool and I believe it should be part of the core! Right now, it is not distributed with Shiraz! But in the demo site you can find it and download if you like.
