Ok let's figure this out. You only need to work with the Saving>TW Receiver tab. It needs the secret key that you put into the tw-receiver-server.php on line 4 The Filename should also match whatever your wiki file is name (but that should not cause an auth issue)
What exact error msg is TiddlyWiki giving you? May help to debug.
