So for a next step... in order to access it this way (let's say I was able to install Bob on my raspberry pi) how hard would it be to be able to access it this way from outside the network (e.g. in my car or out doing errands via mobile data)?
I'm guessing from some initial reading I've done that I'd have to set up a VPN to do that? (or are VPNs only for outgoing?) I assume this ( https://github.com/OokTech/SecureWikiServer ) is the "blessed" way to do it, but that's above my proficiency...
