Works well for me. Imported a plugin, got the usual TW dialogue and saved. To reload I went back to file list, removed the wiki and then reloaded it via local explorer. Plugin then worked and changes persist. Import working!
Selecting plain text brings up the usual Android 'share/copy/translate etc' menu but I can't do the same with links. I'm sure that's on your list already.
