If you open Keep Notes in a browser (https://keep.google.com) you can select them all with Ctrl-a and select "Copy to Google Docs" from the triple-dot menu. From google docs you can export them all as a single MS Word doc. I then edited that to change them to wikitext. Then it was relatively simple to copy and paste each mote into a new tiddler.
I'm not sure what you mean by "replica", but I made no attempt to change the TW interface to resemble Keep Notes.
