Hello David, Maybe you need to describe your platform, and how you are importing.
I created your tid file, dragged it into a spare TW, and the fields imported exactly as expected. I suppose there's a possibility that something is different with line endings. Perhaps you could post your actual tid file, so we could see if there is something different about it.
