I did not understand your question, by the way the below steps let you selectively delete tiddlers tags
1. Open $:/Commander 2. In the searchbox enter [tags[]] -YourTag 3. click the search button 4. look at select tiddler and select all of them or those you like delete 5. select *Tiddler *tab and then *Delete tiddlers* 6. click on the Delete Tiddlers button and confirm delete!
