Setting up the Wikis by hand seems to work. So it appears that the 
auto-populate generates a zero-byte file. Maybe those windows \ slash 
symbols mess with parsing?

With wikis working, I notice this error:

Bob error: includeWikis is not supported yet!

But don't know what that refers to.
