Kat, If you build your own toc macro you can place what ever you want where ever you want. For example it items tagged done you could list them in a separate list process below. It is great to see you developing the use of hierarchies and that what the TOC macros are about, but they are designed for purpose and you want to stray away from that purpose. I have searched for previous examples and not found them. I will see what I can put together.
