Agreed, it is *not* beginner friendly - I do have a little familiarity with 
RegEx, so I wasn't trying it as a complete beginner, but I obviously still 
needed help figuring out the expression I wanted! (The documentation at the 
TiddlyWiki site is not easy to figure out.)
