For those interested I have made a demo available of skinny tiddlers which uses an import from the tiddlywiki.org site.
http://latest.simonmcmanus.com/skinny We still have many issues to sort out but you can see the skinny tiddlers being loaded lazily. If you have any questions/comments please let us know.
