There is an experimental plugin, based on code from ccTiddly that will
manage the setting of the TiddlyWiki username to whatever the
TiddlyWeb username is, if (and only if) there has been a login to the
TiddlyWeb server.
That code, if you are feeling adventurous or would like to make some
adaptations, is at:

It still needs a fair amount of work, especially for those cases where
the TiddlyWeb server is presenting multiple login options.
User handling is one of the big areas of TiddlyWeb that still needs
quite a lot of work. If anyone has ideas on what should be priority in
this area, please shout out.
