I TiddlyWeb there is as yet no direct tie between the TiddlyWiki user
and the TiddlyWeb user (see my other post). If you are not logged in
via TiddlyWeb, TiddlyWeb will default to the GUEST user. At the moment
if you want that to be differen you _have_ to log in.

This is because when there is a discrepancy between the TiddlyWeb
server's notion of the user and the TiddlyWiki's notion of the user,
the TiddlyWeb wins. It was done this was as this is the most secure,
in those cases where some security is required.
