The link between two objects would be a [[link]] in a tiddler.
*A larger shape containing a smaller one would tag the smaller or -
using mapping metaphor - like a county boundary defines a town. A
[[link]] would be like a road between towns, and can cross country
borders.

I also envisage the shapes as an aid to thinking before tagging.  I
would rather the shape did not get automatically re-aranged by the
tagging and linking: that is the job of another vizualisation plugin.
