For clarify - I, as a supper user want access to name spaces or otherwise
for tags. I also want them for general users.

In my tiddlywiki's - my own tags number the hundreds, the system tags are
minimal if not critical.

This could by definition be the provision of tools for multi-value fields,
and permit input validation options for fields. ie; A tiddler named
customertype could be a field named customertype for which which values are
tiddlers tagged with customertype and include Retail, Wholesale and
Individual or add one (Which will auto tag with customertype.

Given my multiple tagline idea, and field could be classed as a tagline and
adopt this multi-value handling associated with tags.

The important thing here is to allow tiddlers to be taglines, and tags to be
tiddlers and links and references to be maintained.
