Crossposted to the twdev and tiddlyweb group, sorry to those of you
who will see duplicates.
As you may have noticed here and there, work has started on a thing
called TiddlySpace. It is a combination of TiddlyWiki and TiddlyWeb to
create a "discoursive, social TiddlyWiki".
What this means in real terms is a web-based service for individuals
and teams using and sharing TiddlyWikis. It builds on ideas in
TiddlySpot[1] and TiddlyHoster[2] while adding ideas and features from
systems like Twitter and Tumblr.
Discussion about development of TiddlySpace will be happening on the
tiddlyweb google group[3]. Contributions, comments and questions are
welcomed and encouraged, there. What follows are some details of
what's going on now or has happened recently. This posting is an
invitation for participation.
There has been some initial work to create a prototype at
http://tiddlyspace.com/
The learnings from that work have been used to create a meandering
description of what TiddlySpace is
http://manifestopheles.com/manifestos/tiddlyspace
From that, user stories are being created in a TiddlyWeb hosted
wiki at
https://osnet.osmosoft.com/recipes/tiddlyspace/tiddlers.wiki
All of this work is incomplete and gappy, but moving along.
In the immediate future a first iteration version is being created
that blocks in basic functionality. That will give people something to
work with so that more specific functionality can be detailed and bugs
discovered. Then a second iteration version will be done. Iterations
will continue until everybody thinks it is awesome.

improved by me as it has a different approach to sharing than
TiddlySpace, and both have their merits and will probably mutually
inform improvements)
