Hi Mario,
Sorry to hear there has been some breakage. I'm the culprit of these
commits so must apologise that my changes have introduced a bug.

Part of the motivation was there was repetitive code in the error
handling and following plugin in TiddlySpace for mangling titles of an
imported tiddler. This has now been centralised to a function
"config.extensions.tiddlyspace.getLocalTitle" (see
https://github.com/TiddlySpace/tiddlyspace/commit/5a7ba96a7f32405d84cfe3b70a10848dedbb6e05).

The main motivation was compatibility with the permaview. With the
previous title "News [@news]", clicking the permaview and refreshing
the page would open tiddlers called "News [@news" and "[". This would
enable you to do things such as create a plugin that reads permalinks
of imported tiddlers and imports them into a new space.

For instance
http://jon.tiddlyspace.com#[[News *(@news)*]]
might open the News tiddler in the news space on startup.
We used *(<suffix>)* to minimise the change of a name clash as it is
quite acceptable/possible for me to create a tiddler for example
"Notes (Feb 2010)" that is a tiddler that has not been imported from
an external space. Note the @ symbol only applies to tiddlers from
other spaces. The EditConflict tiddler constructed in an error message
doesn't have it - the suffix is *(edit conflict <timestamp>)*

The symbols * and ( were simply chosen due to their proximity on the
keyboard.

I've logged 2 as an issue -
https://github.com/TiddlySpace/tiddlyspace/issues/issue/578
- rather strange but should be easy to fix.
Other than that your news space looks okay to me.. could you be more
specific with the problem?

Jon
