:) You should have a closer look at TiddlyTools repo.
If a plugin is splitted into an plugin and a info tiddler. At the
plugin tiddler there is an external link in the header and a pretty
link in the body text. See !Documentation.

The external link creates a new tab.
The pretty link doesn't.

I'm pretty sure you can use any plugin/info combination.
