Yes, but that's not the point. The point is if you import some plugin
from a repository, you probably mess your "missing" list because most
of the PrettyLinks in the imported tiddler go there.

On the other hand, I can see a simpler solution: to introduce a tag
which suppresses PrettyLinks in a tiddler to be counted in the
"missing" list. But this should probably be a core thing (I don't know
how the core collects this list).
