The Recent tab is even more strange than I thought when it comes to the tiddlers modified (apologies for mistakenly saying "created" in the previous post) after midnight UTC:
Yesterday, while it was still the 19th in my time zone, those tiddlers were listed under a second September 19th heading on the Recent tab.
