According to http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ie/hh673542(v=vs.85).aspx it sounds like the File API is pritty much standard now and saving using a Blob. I don't have much time to program but I know local file saving can be done with IE10. I just want you to know l'm still trying. Could you possibly take another look at this?
