As I started to use tiddlyspot, I noticed that it is a bit inconvenient to
have to open the TiddlySpot tiddler in order to enter my password.
So I took it to the controlpanel:

Wiki name: <$edit-text tiddler="$:/UploadName" default="" tag="input"/>
Password: <$password name="upload"/> <$button message="tw-save-wiki"

This will make the "TS" tiddler appear in the control panel where I can now
enter my credentials and directly save my TiddlyWiki.
Maybe we should put it there by default?
(Btw: We don't we have a code tag here in TiddlyWikiDev but just in
TiddlyWiki?)
