Hi Metaltailz & Daniel,

I have indeed added the TiddlySpot configuration as a generic "Saving" tab,
the idea being that it will have a section for each saver that needs
configuration. Right now it's hardcoded to just have the TiddlySpot config
stuff.

One of the config items is the server URL, which defaults to http://
<wikiname>.tiddlyspot.com/store.cgi but can be overridden,
