Did you remove the server "autostart" feature? If yes - tw server stays 
closed. svc -h is the hangup signal. If there is a "down" file in the 
/service/tw directory it won't start automatically anymore. 

Have a look at htop and my videos. IMO they will explain much more, in less 
time, than I'm willing to write here..

Most of the structure will be there, just the author name may be removed 
from the directory structure, since all the important info will be in the 
plugin.info file. So we can add propper "attribution" and "copyright". 
Licensing has to be BSD anyway (for core plugins).

They are recorded and available on youtube. The videos also contain some 
annotations, so you can choose, what's interesting for your :)
