As Jeremy pointed out thats by desing of JSON. On the other hand, even if you don't use the svc stuff, tiddlywiki.js doesn't provide any error message, if parsing of JSON data fails. The standard command is: cat /var/log/svscan It should contain the last view error messages the come from a program it starts. ... It works well with tiddlyweb server, which is written in python.
