I have written a similar plugin to this - it allow a list of (editable) items to be re-order by drag and drop - it was not the easiest thing to write. It uses tiddlytools TaggedTemplateTweak plugin. The plugin is called ClipFolderPlugin, located at: http://clipfolder.tiddlyspace.com/
