I've fixed it so that the delete confirmation is skipped if the tiddler
pointed to by the draft is missing:

I've uploaded a prerelease to http://tiddlywiki.com/prerelease

At the moment the wiki is considered "dirty" if any changes have occurred,
even if those changes cancel each other out.
