So I went back to where I started knowing I messed up the permissions,
Thanks Tobias.
20 minutes or less for TW5 on the RasPi

1. Blank an SD Card.(I use a PC with SD Formatter)
2. Downloaded and put BerryBoot
<http://www.berryterminal.com/doku.php/berryboot> on the SD Card.
3. Put SD Card into RasPi and powered on.
4. Once it loads I choose 'BerryBoot Server' from the second tab.
5. BerryBoot Server loads and configures itself.
6. Change Password comes up and make sure to write down what you change it
too
7. Use a text editor to change the user names and passwords on store.php
8. FTP to RasPi and upload 'store.php'
9. Upload a TiddlyWiki 5 file to the same folder as your store.php file
10. Open the TW5 file on the RasPi and update the Control Panel
details.(see image above for more details)
Now for the test to see if you have it right, create a new tiddler and if
autosave is on it will save once you close it.

The side benefit is you can create a new version of your TW5 by simply
changing the name in the Control Panel.
You need to make sure to load that new version or you will continue to work
in one place and be saving changes to a different place.
