How so? If you're including TiddlySpace in that world, then yes I would 
agree with you. TiddlyWeb itself is actively maintained.

Happy to be of service. I wish I could be more prompt, but now that I'm no 
longer being paid for Tiddly-maintenance it takes an unfortunate second 
fiddle to the day job.
