We could use Wikibooks as well if we wanted to. Plus they already are used to doing things in the book sort of way. I started a couple books there a few months ago, but I am not a writer. However I believe Wikibooks would work perfect if we want to use MediaWiki. We can also have our own project area to discuss things related to documentation.
