The switchover is now completed, and https://tiddlywiki.com/ and 
https://classic.tiddlywiki.com are up and running.

The official plugin library should now be usable by wikis served from https:// 
as well as http:// and file://

Please let me know if you run into any issues — this is a big change, and 
although it’s supposed to be a seamless switchover, there could easily be 
unforeseen problems.
