The global settings are the default settings. ... pragmas are for special 
usecases and they have to be part of the tiddler, to make export import 
possible. Otherwise users will always forget, what to export. 

I think the TW "stamp" utility is under-rated. So may be the plugin should 
contain a predefined "stamp" setting. You'll need to remind me, if I forget 
about it ;)

If it gets too complicated users should use macros or @@ instead. ... The 
wikitext thing has to be easy and also limited. The more configuration 
options we have, the more complicated it gets.
