Builds fine on NetBSD 9 amd64 under pkgsrc.
Tests pass.
Would be great if this were released by the 18th, so I can include it in
pkgsrc-2023Q2.
There isn't NEWS, just ChangeLog, but I am guessing NEWS content for
4.5.1 (since 4.5.0) is "bugfixes and minor improvements".
Two warnings, which I realize are probably not news or anything that
needs immediate fixing, although the second one is not to me clearly
erroneous.
