Yeah, VGL uses a somewhat esoteric build system based on GNU Make, so I
haven't tried to build libjpeg/SIMD using the TigerVNC dsw files.  This
issue looks familiar, however, like something I probably already had to
fix when moving the code over into VGL's build system.  I'll take a look
and see what I can figure out.
