OK, I guess the question I'm asking is -- is it worth it to try to bring
the assembly files into the dsw/dsp projects, create custom build rules
for NASM, etc., or  would it be better to just hold off until we port to
MinGW?  My inclination is the latter, because I just realized I don't
actually have a version of Visual C++ that can directly use the dsw/dsp
projects.  I am using VC Express 2008, which has to convert the project
files into its own format before I can modify them.
