I thought these patches got merged when the other TLS patches were merged in.  The last I remember on the discussion was that they were going to be added including the dependency on GNUTLS until the encryption could be rewritten to use native libraries and then remove the dependency on GNUTLS.  Is that still the case?

I've just built the latest trunk (r4180) via MSVS 2008 Express without
any error so it looks like some issue with MSVC 2005.
It might be.  The environment I am working with right now need to stay MSVC 2005 for now.  I will provide any additional debugging I can.  I will try 2008 when I get a chance.  I will be rebuilding with r4180 to get the patches that came in today.
