The CMake build system is newer than the GNU TLS patches.  The GNU TLS
patches enabled building with GNU TLS using MinGW and autotools, but I
haven't yet integrated that functionality into the CMake build.
Internationalization also doesn't yet work with CMake.  Stay tuned.
