Thanks for the explanation. Those undefined symbols in libvnc.so seem 
suspicious to me and i thought it would be great to ask here.

I have also checked /usr/lib/xorg/modules directory and there is a bunch of X 
modules which have many undefined symbols as well. This will be yet another one 
then.
