IMHO, it would be really convenient if you maintained a set of patches
within the TigerVNC source tree for now.  Obviously these could be
removed once there is a release of FLTK with them incorporated, but for
now, I am still confused about which of the patches on FLTK.org I need
to apply.  I tried applying the ones I thought were the latest, but the
build failed.
