Summary: Suggested improvement to logging on Windows

Initial Comment:
This patch makes vncviewer use the parent process's console if it has one
(i.e., typically if the parent process is a shell like cmd.exe, MSYS bash etc,
in a console window), Makes it much nicer for developers.

Message:
We've abandoned the old viewer unfortunately, so your patch would need to
be updated. It might also not be needed anymore (haven't tested).

Please have a look at the pre-release version to test.

Message:
(Sorry for the unrelated change to the file logging default file name,
forgot to remove that chunk from the diff.) (But anyway, that hardcoded
path should presumably instead be constructed at run-time, in the folder
where the exe is, or something.)
