A bit unfortunate, but not unexpected. We noticed the RFC work back
before it was finalised and tried to get involved (as the work was
based on the original RealVNC specification which we know has issues).
Unfortunately we didn't get any attention, and it now seems we have an
RFC which lacks a lot of important clarifications. :/

Anyone up for starting a new RFC with our improvements? :)
