Please see the below. This just started happening. I was attempting to install and configure tigervnc in a Fedora 11 beta VM running on a fedora 11 beta VM. Both the physical and virtual machines are fully updated.
I was able to cure this, but I couldn't tell you exactly the step that was effective. I installed the rest of the available x11 fonts and also the xorg-x11-xfs font server. Somewhere in the above process, I was then able to start the vncserver successfully. This is just fyi.
