This is a known issue that I'm investigating.  I'm awaiting a reply from
one of the other developers and should be able to check in a fix pending
that.

You may be able to get around this temporarily by editing the
/etc/init.d/vncserver script and adding

-fp unix/:7100

to the vncserver command line.
