Hi, Found the culprint: SELinux was preventing port forward. I used "setenforce 0" to disable SELinux and then tunneled VNC connections started to work.
Not that I can connect from linux and android to a linux vnc server though ssh, I have to find why I can't from linux/android to Windows through ssh (but this is another thread).
